First, we meet with you to determine exactly what you want to accomplish. These goals will be the driving force behind our results-centered process. Once your goals are defined, we work with you to determine what behaviors need to be changed to reach your goals. In addition, we help you identify what information your people need to develop the skills required to reach your stated goals. Any business is only as good as the people who work there. Often people already know what to change, but need a process to help make the change. Lengthy lectures and long seminars don't work. Spaced repetition and group dynamics to help the participants develop their skills and behaviors are key to the success of the LMI process. After goals are established for your organization, LMI uses a 5-Step process for change:
